Also known as the Qiddase in the Ge'ez language, is the central act of worship in the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church. It is a rich and ancient tradition, drawing from early Christian influences, the Alexandrian rite (shared with the Coptic Church), and a strong continuation of Old Testament practices.
Also known as Kiddus Qurban, is the central liturgical rite and sacrament in the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church. It is a continuation of the Last Supper and a participation in the divine life of Christ. The Eucharist is not merely symbolic; it is the actual body and blood of Christ, representing a genuine transformation of the bread and wine.

Holy Matrimony (Teklil) is a sacred sacrament, that

and the door through which one enters the Church and the Kingdom of
God. It is a one-time, non-repeatable event that signifies rebirth
and the remission of original sin
Confession (Nisaha) is one of the seven sacraments which is a
vital and private act of repentance through which a believer
receives the forgiveness of sins and is reconciled with God and the
Church.
Prayer in the Ethiopian Orthodox Church is a deeply ingrained
part of daily life. It is both a private and communal act, with a
rich tradition of prostration, chanting, and a structured prayer
schedule.
Chrismation (Myron) is the second of the seven sacraments and
is performed immediately after baptism. It is an independent
sacrament but linked to baptism, it completes the process of
initiation into the Christian life.
Memorial and Commemoration the souls of the deceased are
alive, and that a spiritual bond remains between the living and the
dead. It is a central part of the mourning process, reflecting this
belief in the communion of saints.
